Downtown Restaurants And Bars Come Together For A Cause
With Breast Cancer Awareness month upon us, restaurants and bars of Downtown SLO have decided to use this opportunity to come together to raise funds and increase awareness for a great cause. Mother’s Tavern, Bulls Tavern, Frog and Peach, The Library, McCarthy’s, Marston’s, Creekside Brewing Company and Slo Brew have partnered with Sweet Revenge wild strawberry sour mash liqueur to feature cocktails during the month of October. One dollar from each Sweet Revenge cocktail sold for the entire month of October will be donated to the American Cancer Society’s, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. The eight participating downtown locations have decided to not only join forces inside their venues, but have also come together to form Team United to participate in the walk taking place on Saturday, October 27th at the Mission Plaza.
